For Roleplay Roulette: this Friday afternoon event is a twist on traditional uniform top events where everyone gets into costume. Tops, please come on the earlier side (around 3:50 PM on Friday, August 30th) so that you can get situated. If your costume is particularly risque, please cover up between buildings, or change in the bathrooms outside the Siena Room.

For School of the Arts attendees, please arrive at the 2nd floor of Building G at 10:50AM on Saturday, August 31st so that we may start on time. As a reminder, this is a sign up required event and it is full. No spectators are permitted. (Staff please arrive at 10:30 AM)

For Littles Party attendees, all tops have been preselected, and spectators are not permitted. This is also a sign up event that is currently full.

For Family Vacation, all bottoms are welcome to attend, but all tops have been preselected. Spectators are not permitted. Bottoms: please come early (between 9-9:10 PM, on Sunday, September 1st) so that we can get you situated.

A Quick Guide to Finding Our Spaces

  • The Siena Room, Ballroom, and Firenze are in the main building (second floor) above the Casino. For easy access, you can take the elevators to the right of the front desk when you first enter the main lobby from the street.

  • Building G is the “Party Villa.” It is the building to the right of the pool when you exit through the main lobby doors that face the pool.

  • References to G205, G206, and G305 all reference rooms in Building G

  • We have people staying in Buildings E, F, O, and G, with overflow in building D. Please note that some requests made with the hotel may result in a spot in a different villa.

Amenities

There are a number of places to eat and drink at the Tuscany. These include a coffee shop (Caffé Bottega), a sit-down Italian restaurant and steakhouse (Tuscany Gardens), a diner (Marilyn’s Café), and a casual spot (Pub 365). You can find details here.

In addition to the casino you will also find two pools, a gym, a spa, laundry facilities, and a gift shop. We also made frequent use of the liquor and convenience store across the street.

Of course Las Vegas is an exciting place to visit, and we drew up a few recommendations, from the Bellagio fountains to gondola trips at The Venetian. You can find them here.

Housekeeping

We have asked housekeeping to only visit your rooms by request. That protects all of you from being interrupted at inopportune times.  If you would like a visit from housekeeping, let the Front Desk know when you check in, or call directly from your rooms.

A Reminder About Appropriate Behavior in Public Spaces

Please remember that this is a vanilla location, and housekeeping, other members of the Tuscany staff, and other hotel guests have not consented to kink activity. Please make sure you are respectful of them and of other attendees who value privacy. Exercise discretion if you see staff members or other guests but also keep in mind that sounds carry. As you travel between buildings, please keep your implements in a bag and do not openly discuss our activities in any space that is not exclusively our own. If you’re wearing an outfit that might not be vanilla friendly, you’re welcome to change in the suite bathrooms, or in the bathrooms outside the Siena Room.

Code of Conduct and Consent

Before the party begins please review our Code of Conduct to make sure our      rules are fresh in your mind. We use PRICK, or "Personal Responsibility, Informed, Consensual Kink" as our model of consent. What this means is that there are three requirements for a scene: (1) Every person involved has to understand their personal responsibility in the scene, (2) Every person involved has to be informed about what is about to happen, and (3) Every person involved has to consent to what has been planned. Our party safewords are red (stop), yellow (pause and check in), and green (go ahead). Using the word “safeword” is the same as “red” and should immediately end a scene. Both tops and bottoms can use stoplight words or safeword at any point during any scene.

Safety and Security

We have a Safety & Security Team that will be keeping an eye on things at the party. You can flag anyone with a security badge at any point, even if it means interrupting a scene.

JC is serving as our Head of Security, and members our security team are:

Ami

Becks

Dan

Ellee

IMLX

Lizzie Mac

MattyO

Rani

Strict Dave

Barney

While, of course, we have done our best to mitigate problems, we also think it is important to give you ways to report both consent violations and other problematic behavior. Please alert a security team member or an organizer if you are able to as a problem happens or a situation unfolds. This link is for making a report after an incident.

How to Help Out: Sign up for Volunteer Shifts!

We have three key volunteer positions that are still open: setup, cleanup, and door crew.  Setup and cleanup are fairly self-evident: you’re . During door crew shifts your job is to check badges to make sure everyone entering is registered for the party. It’s an easy job, but it's essential for our safety and our privacy. Volunteers are the people who keep this party running!  It’s also an excellent way to get to know new people outside of play.

You can sign up to volunteer here.

We look forward to seeing all of you soon!
