Once you’ve registered, an email with information on how to book a hotel room will be sent to you.
The group rate deadline is August 1, 2024. After this date you will still be able to book a room at the hotel, but not at our special group rate.

Short answer: Yes, unless you have a doctor’s note written on official letterhead stating you are immunocompromised and cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons.
For more information, please see our COVID Policy.

As stated on our registration page and in your confirmation letter, our tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person.
We will make a one-time transfer of the value of your ticket to our next occurring party but you must send us an email by the request cut-off date stated in your confirmation letter.
We cannot make exceptions to this policy.

We also have an active Telegram chat that is open to our past and present registered attendees.

If you are staying at the hotel under our group code, the room cards are keyed to open all our villas.
If you are not staying at the hotel, we will have volunteers stationed at the party villa entrance to facilitate entry at key event times. Also, people are constantly going in and out of the building, which should allow you entry (provided you are carrying your event badge).

At the party, you can identify the organizers by their "Organizer" badges and the Safety & Security team by their red badges. Come to us if you need anything! In general you should never interrupt a scene someone is in, but this is an exception to that: if you need something and one of our team members are playing, you are free to interrupt.
At the start of the party, you will be provided with a non-emergency/non-medical number (call 9-1-1 for emergencies!) you can text with your name and location. This number is for situations where you can’t find anyone and you need help or a safety/security intervention. We'll be monitoring this number from 10am-2am every day.
If you have an incident that doesn't require immediate intervention but you would still like to report it after the fact, you can use this form:
